Festive dinner and the special event
The organizers invite you, at the end of the first day of the Conference, to participate in a social
program which includes an artistic event and a festive dinner.
The event is open to all participants and is included in the registration fee.
Visit to Recas Winery -optional - costs supported by the participant
 The visit will take place on the second day of the Conference (5 November). The program of the visit includes:
A visit of the vineyard and the presentation of viticulture technology;
A visit in the winery completed with the presentation of technology;
A visit at the cellars – a presentation of the wine enobling process in barriques, the conservation of bottled
wines in the vinoteque and the presentation of the bottled wine exhibition
Wine tasting and the art of tasting
Dinner (traditional menu).
Visit to Sofronea Castle -optional - costs supported by the participant
The castle is situated in Arad county and is a building designed in accordance with seccesion electic style, in
1889, after the design of the Huniazilor Castel in Hunedoara. It has been named historical momunemt. It is built in
the middle of a park with hundreds of years old trees. The park has formally belong to Baron Purgly’s family. In
1922, the Baroness killed herself and she is burried nearby the Castel. The Castel has been restored by the new
owners and respresents one of the most famous recreation areas in the county.
